This is the most bizarre part of the movie as it might have explained what the hell was going on, but it just made it more confusing. The Superhero Database Classification number, or SHDB Class, is a number that represents the overall 'power' of a character. Having said this it should be remembered that this is just a TV movie after all. A motley crew of annoying people are washed ashore after a plane crash and terror ensues when some of them inexplicably turn into incredibly cheap looking monsters. ![]() It is supported by the books, The Presence Process. The plot centres around a desert island which contains a sinister abandoned research facility. The Presence Process is a self-facilitating approach to emotional growth, development and integration. It also has as its hero a guy who looks remarkably like Mick Jagger(he has a huge jaw). Adjunct professor Joss travels to England to visit the farm where her late mother grew up and bonds with single-father, Daniel, whose family now runs it. This movie contains very few established actors with Kathy Ireland and the Mexican guy from the A-Team being the best known. ![]()
